Refund policy

All returned merchandise will be refunded to the card used to purchase the product.  This does not include original shipping costs.  Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility. 

All returns must be postmarked within 7 calendar days of the delivery date provided by USPS.  Items must be unused, unworn,  unwashed and have the original tags attached.  Items that appear worn, have stains, smell of cigarette smoke, perfume, deodorant or other odors, have animal hair or have been damaged by you will not be accepted. We are not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.  

If your return does not meet the above return guidelines or will not be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date posted by USPS, please DO NOT attempt to return it. You will be responsible to pay the additional shipping costs to send the item back to you. If you choose not to pay shipping charges to get it back to you, your items will be donated to charity after 15 calendar days of our receipt.

To start a return, you can contact us at acharmingchange@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address provided to you upon return authorization. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon being received and contact us within three calendar days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to health regulations, hats and jewelry cannot be returned. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
